“The tour was not what we booked. We were to be in a passenger van with no more than 12 -15 people and ended up on a bus with people doing the train excursion which we specifically did not want. We were put in a van and after that was full, transferred to a bus, and then went around picking up more people on the bus. At the park we had to wait for the others to get their train tickets and enjoy their ride on the train while the van we were supposed to be in was touring the park.
